Crane NXT

Earlier today we announced that Crane NXT signed an agreement to acquire the Authentication Solutions business of De La Rue, building on our position as a global leader providing trusted technology solutions that secure, detect, and authenticate our customers’ most important assets.  When complete, this will be our second acquisition for Crane NXT and another key step in executing our vision to become $3B company.  I’d like to thank everyone at Crane NXT and De La Rue for their hard work to get to this exciting day!

Today we announced that Opsec Security is now part of Crane NXT. I'm excited to have the Opsec team part of the NXT family! Happy 1st Anniversary to Crane NXT Today marks the 1-year anniversary of the launch of Crane NXT.  It feels like yesterday that we were at the NYSE ringing the bell on Day 1.  A special thanks to our everyone on the Crane NXT team that has made our first year so successful.  I look forward to celebrating our accomplishments in the year ahead.

Today, we took a significant step forward in executing our strategy, announcing that we have signed a definitive agreement to acquire OpSec Security. OpSec is a global leader in digital and physical authentication solutions, serving the world’s most recognized brands, as well as government agencies and financial institutions. 

Today we announced our Q3 results for Crane NXT, our second quarter since launching the company in April. A very special thank you to the entire NXT team on delivering strong results!
