On October 7th, CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development, in collaboration with the Central Valley Coalition, Citi, CREA, LLC, and the City of Pasadena, celebrated the "Topping-Out" of The Rose Town Apartments in Pasadena. This 48-unit, 100% affordable housing community will provide a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments for families. Located within walking distance of Los Angeles's light rail lines, the project offers easy access to public transportation and community amenities such as retail, public schools, and recreational areas. Wellington Family Homes welcomed 21 families back to their newly renovated homes! Congratulations to Knight Development for the rehabilitation of Wellington. The renovations included new paint, flooring, cabinets, roof, and windows, as well as bathroom renovations and plumbing upgrades.
