About us

Creach Consulting Group is in the business of improving the healthcare that people need and deserve so they can lead healthy and happy lives. However, healthcare is a complicated business and it can be easy to forget who the real “client” is. We strive to bring a critical eye to healthcare delivery, with the needs of consumers at the forefront, ensuring care is accessible and convenient, consumer-centered, coordinated, and based on the best available scientific evidence. By supporting health care payers and providers, we ultimately seek to improve health care for all consumers. We utilize the Quadruple Aim framework to guide all projects: Improved patient experience, improved health & outcomes, controlled total cost of care, and improved provider & staff well-being. We are committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. We stand with people of color in the struggle against social injustice and promoting health equity for all. As an organization focused on improving health care, we have a responsibility to acknowledge racism and protect the human right to health care. We know that health equity will never be achieved unless we address the racism and inequality resulting from biased systems, structures, and practices.

🎉 Please join me in celebrating 7 years!🎉 As I mark the 7th anniversary of Creach Consulting Group, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all our clients and partners for your unwavering support and trust. It is with great pride that we celebrate this milestone together. 🙌 I founded Creach Consulting with the goal of improving healthcare - both for patients and for the dedicated and passionate providers who care for them. To design creative payment solutions that allow providers to focus on their core mission – caring for their patients and families. To support independent providers and small practices – what I would argue is the foundation of our healthcare system. To improve systems and processes – making it easier for patients to get the whole-person care they need and deserve. So what have we accomplished in 7 years? 🔶 We’ve worked with hundreds of primary care practices to implement behavioral health integration – and helped several health plans create innovative payment programs that expand timely behavioral access for hundreds of thousands of people who otherwise may never reach care. 💠 We’ve provided countless high-quality trainings and continuing medical education to thousands of providers and their staff. 💟 We’ve helped hundreds of small, independent, and rural practices remain financially viable, achieving Patient-Centered Primary Care Home recognition or tiering up, helping them access millions of dollars in value-based payments. 💚 We’ve supported staff and providers by conducting dozens of workforce wellness surveys and developing action plans to improve organizational health and staff vitality. By far, some of the most rewarding and important work we do! 💲 I was selected in 2016 to sit on Oregon’s Primary Care Payment Reform Collaborative, where I continue to provide subject matter expertise and advocate for multi-payer VBP alignment to strengthen primary care. There’s no doubt that health care is in a tough situation right now, with plenty of uncertainty ahead. Some might call it broken. But I continue to draw inspiration from the people I work with every day who keep fighting, despite the barriers, to make health care better. I choose to remain strangely optimistic. 💗 Thank you for being a part of our story. And thank you for supporting a local, small woman-owned business. Cheers to many more years of shared success and growth! 👏 💻 If you haven't visited my website lately, I invite to you check out some of the cool stuff we're doing! https://lnkd.in/gT3zPyWq #workmilestone #grateful #healthcare #healthcareconsulting #qualityimprovement

  • It takes a village!! 🤝 Last month, we hosted a half-day CME-approved training for primary care and behavioral health professionals from Central Oregon. Besides good food and drink, we played a riveting game of BINGO to facilitate professional connections, complete with cool prizes for the winners…but WHY you may ask⁉️   👏 PRO TIP: Because building relationships in your community is essential for improving behavioral health referrals, care coordination, and safe transitions of care.   Funded by the Central Oregon Health Council, Creach Consulting Group has led the Advancing Integrated Care in Central Oregon project since 2018, gaining valuable insights. We’ve conducted a dozen trainings called Building Bridges to Improve Behavioral Health Care©, which recognizes that: 🙋 Bridges help patients get connected to the services and supports they need AND 🙋♀️ In caring for complex patients, bridges also help providers connect to a community of professionals they can rely on.   How are you working to build bridges in your community?💡 It takes a lot to put on a high-quality CME training. A huge shout out to the CCG team! E. Dawn Creach, Lauren Harper, PhD, Shelly Roby #behavioralhealthcare #relationshipsmatter #healthcareconsulting #buildingbridges

  • When it comes to cultural responsiveness, what does it mean to go beyond checking the box? Let's hear your ideas - comment below! We had a great time last week providing an online training to nearly 100 providers at WVP Health Authority! It was wonderful to see so many people curious and engaged in practical ways to deliver primary care that is trauma-informed and culturally-responsive. And let me tell you, Lauren Simone Harper, PhD really brought the good stuff! Here's what a few participants said: “Very well put together and very real and informative. As someone that works in the field daily with individuals I appreciate this information!!” “Dr. Harper did an amazing job outlining this topic.” "This training has helped me to remember how cultural diversity affects a person's healthcare. By maintaining and creating a safe environment for patients' to feel heard, listened to, and respected regardless of their cultural differences." Is your organization invested in culturally-responsive strategies? We'd love to chat with you! https://lnkd.in/g2A6Kdn4 #traumainformedcare #primarycare #DEI #culturalresponsiveness

  • Burnout, Anyone?   We see it every day. If your practice is dealing with turnover, burnout, or low morale, we are here to help! Creach Consulting Group helps practices meet all aspects of PCPCH standard 2.F Staff Vitality. We conduct a (very brief!) anonymous survey, create a beautiful custom report, and then help you with the question, OK WHAT DO WE DO NOW?! Important! Remember, if your practice attested to PCPCH standard 2.F, you must collect feedback from staff and providers every year and then share the results with everyone. The best way to do that is an anonymous staff survey. If you're looking for ideas to support your staff and providers, check out the new Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Impact Wellbeing™ Guide: Taking action to improve healthcare worker wellbeing. https://lnkd.in/er6CMnH9 #healthcare #burnout #supporthealthcareworkers #organizationalwellness
