Create Visions: Trophy Fish, located in Tampa’s Seminole Heights, the project took an existing underutilized space and turned it into one of the areas marquee spots for food and drink. Create Spaces Reimagined: New 34,000 sf mixed-use development project in downtown St. Petersburg is home to Create Headquarters. The six-floor building contains three levels of office space and ten residential condos overlooking Mirror Lake. The value of the residential units was realized early in the construction process through pre-sale and reduced the cost basis of the construction loan. Agora, a manufacturing warehouse facility located in St. Petersburg, FL, is on schedule to open this quarter.
