CreativeMornings is a monthly breakfast lecture series for the creative community. Events are free of charge, and includes a 20 minute talk, plus coffee! Yes, we are “gritty.” Yes, we have a reputation. But that’s part of why we are so loved. Idealists mixed with a deeply rooted, eclectic history of rugged warriors, Oakland has been in the forefront of every social movement in the nation. We are a band of misfits with big ideas and we’re ready to share our dreams with the world, hoping that doing so will join us in the grander vision. Together we can develop the means for a greater good, fight for substantive social change, and elevate design innovation.
