Credit Union 1 is harnessing the power of AI to better serve our members. Now, when members call in, they are greeted by Luna, CU1’s Virtual Assistant, who streamlines and simplifies the phone experience. Luna offers self-service options for simple requests (24 hours a day!), and she also connects members to the right team members to help them during business hours. Embracing technology is another way we deliver on our promise to provide Better Banking for All.

Thank you to the Notre Dame Global Partnerships team for inviting us to be a part of a recent event welcoming new Vice President and James E. Rohr Director of Athletics Pete Bevacqua. We enjoyed hearing his insights on the future of collegiate sports and Notre Dame Athletics. The program is in great hands! Credit Union 1’s commitment to community is organization-wide, which is why we formalized the incredible volunteer work our team members were already doing in their communities into the CU1 Cares program. Each quarter, our team members and members will be spearheading a new project to give back directly to the communities we serve. This quarter, Credit Union 1 will be collecting new school supplies at all CU1 branches to help local students start the school year off right. The drive will run through October 1, and all supplies will be donated to students in communities local to our branches.
