    Credit Union of Ohio is seeking an Electronic Services Specialist II. Come join our Team! We are looking for someone to join us as an Electronic Services Specialist II at our branch in Hilliard, OH. In this position, you will be responsible for the following essential duties: •ACH processing responsibilities to include: review and process exception files, process returns, and process member ACH dispute and stop payment forms. •Share draft processing responsibilities to include: processing member disputes, processing share draft adjustments, and monitoring and reviewing paid drafts. •Create and monitor fraudulent and disputed plastic card cases, in addition to, ensuring all necessary steps are completed to close a case. •Work with card processor to resolve any member disputes •Review various reports and make any necessary updates to plastic cards •Add, block or update member’s plastic cards •Monitor plastic card inventory to ensure that there is an appropriate amount of blank card stock and notify Manager when reorders are necessary. •Maintain possible losses with plastic card fraud and inform Electronic Services Manager of potential fraud loss •Provide necessary information to process bond claims •Assist Accounting department in balancing settlement accounts when needed •Displays support of company policies and procedures. •Maintains thorough knowledge of all products and services, as well as any compliance regulations applicable to job responsibilities on a self directed basis. •Consistently maintains high levels of performance to meet individual, department, and organizational goals. •Participates in all scheduled department meetings, training, Volunteer Day, and department/branch functions. •Continually strives to gain increased knowledge of our products, services, core operating systems, policies, procedures, philosophy, and organizational structure. •Performs other department/organization duties as assigned by management.
