Collaborate with the IT security team to ensure a secure and compliant IT environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Systems and Network Administrator. Strong proficiency in managing Windows Server, Active Directory, SharePoint, and Exchange. Experience with NAS, cloud-based storage, and telecommunications systems. Solid understanding of network security protocols and best practices. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred Skills: Industry certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
