CREMER Sustainable Foods is in Genting this week! We are thrilled to be exhibiting at Genting Sustainbiz and resonate with their mission statement of “Be Part of the Journey in Shaping A Greener World Together”. We believe that plant-based food is necessary in the long-term as there will not be sufficient resources to meet the demands of the growing population, hence it is sustainable for the environment. Do drop by our booth 1031 to try our yummy plant-based goodness - such as siew mai, fried chicken wings and mala duck porridge.

Temasek CEO Dilhan Pillay visited Nurasa today to meet the team, listen to our progress updates with regards to our mission of advancing the future of sustainable nutrition, and shared his insights and inspiration with us over a yummy and better-for-you spread of sustainably produced foods! The curated ingredients from our partners Givaudan, ScaleUp Bio and CREMER Sustainable Foods definitely added flavor, texture and taste to our conversations over canapés, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending the afternoon with Dilhan. All in all, it was a smashing success! A big thank you to the team for pulling this together and to Dilhan Pillay: we look forward to hosting you again soon! #sustainablenutrition #futureoffood #betterforyou #yummy #alternativeprotein #innovationasaservice XiuLing 秀玲 GUO 郭 Sukhi Wei Andrew Chee Konnie Lo David Cheng Samson Lee Candice Low Fong Hoong LIM Mariani Maihadani Alina Boey Chee How Chua Nandita Prabhu Damian Krüger Francisco M. • We are serving up yummy plant-based goodness at THAIFEX this week! Come to Anuga Asia in Bangkok in Thailand, we are at Hall 2, booth U51. Our food-tasting menu featured mouth-watering and guilt-free dishes😋: Plant-based Stir-Fried Sichuan Mala Duck, Fried Chicken Drumlets (doused with Korean Yangnyeom sauce) and Japanese Sandos. Other plant-based dishes such as Siew Mai, Teriyaki Salmon and Beef Slider were featured on display – showcasing the versality of our products and ability to cater to the Asian taste profile. Special thanks to our very own Chef Milk for conceptualising and preparing these products! 👏 Most importantly, we were shortlisted among over 500 entries to take part in THAIFEX’s tasteInnovation Show, where we emerged as a finalist ⭐ with our Plant-based Stir-Fried Sichuan Mala Duck. Thank you to the judges for affirming our plant-based product innovation! Last but not least, we would like to thank David Cheng from Nurasa and colleagues Mark and Kathy from CREMER Jianyuan Foods for flying in to support us for the exhibition. This would not have been possible without you. We look forward to following up with new customers on their requirements. If you are keen to find out more about our solutions and OEM capabilities, please approach us. #sustainablenutrition #plantbased #thaifexanugaasia #beyondfoodexperience

    Singapore Agri-Food - what a week

What a great and eventful week it has been at Asia-Pacific Agri-Food Innovation Summit 2023! CREMER Sustainable Foods is thrilled to have exhibited at Asia’s premier platform for global Agri-Food innovation, showcasing our strengths and capabilities as a plant-based food OEM manufacturer and solution provider. ⭐ Over the past 3 days, we cooked up a storm of plant-based Hainan Chicken Strips and Mala Duck Truffle Pasta at our booth. These were conceptualised by Chef Jeremy Han, talented owner of The Burning Oak SG, and received rave reviews from everyone - tasting truly is believing! 😋 ⭐ Our team collaborated with Marina Bay Sands Executive Chefs Michael Frankline and Arthur Tan to reimagine plant-based Kung Pao Chicken and Hainanese Chicken Rice. The 2 dishes were featured in the buffet lineups, and served to global leaders and decision makers of international agri-food corporates, SMEs, startups, government organisations, etc. ⭐ Our Director, Damian Krüger, was invited to the Singapore Innovation Agri-Food Week Gala Dinner, which was graced by Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Heng Swee Keat and Temasek Chairman Mr. Lim Boon Heng at the The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. ⭐ Damian attended the SATS Ltd. VIP Dinner, which was hosted by SATS Chairman Mr. Tan Chuanlye, CEO Stanley Goh, and Head of Strategic Relations Ms. Elaine Koh at the Global Innovation Hub. ⭐ On Day 2 of the Summit, Damian and team had the pleasure of attending our dear partner Nurasa‘s Private Roundtable, where Nurasa CEO XiuLing 秀玲 GUO 郭, David Cheng, Jolene L., Diane Fermin Roeder, brought together ecosystem partners like A*STAR Singapore Institute of Food and Biotechnology Innovation (SIFBI), led by Executive Director Dr. Sze Tan, for a compelling discussion on industry insights, pain points, and collaboration opportunities. ⭐ Rounding off this spectacular Summit, Damian and team headed down to Givaudan's taste centre grand opening at Nurasa’s Food Tech Innovation Centre, and later met with the Dutch Ambassador Anneke Adema at her residency for an Agri-Food cocktail reception. ⭐ Post event, our team extended exclusive invitations to diverse customer profiles to tour CREMER Sustainable Foods' contract manufacturing facility at the end of the week. Enormous thanks to our corporate parents Peter Cremer Holding GmbH & Co. KG and Nurasa for your undying support of our plant-based food mission. Also, special thanks to our dear colleague Nils Rupp for flying in from CREMER HQ (Hamburg, Germany) to support the team for this Summit! All these wouldn't have been possible without the guidance, partnership, and kindness of our friends! XiuLing 秀玲 GUO 郭, David Cheng, Geraldine Goh, Jolene L., Diane Fermin Roeder ❤️ Lastly, thank you Rethink Events for hosting this exceptional conference so we can build a sustainable global food system together! See you next year everyone!

Recently Damian Krüger, our Director CREMER Sustainable Foods, was invited as speaker at an event of the Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce / AHK Singapur. The topic: "Innovation for a #Sustainable Future in an Urban Environment”. The event brought together experts from various sectors, including energy, mobility, waste management, and food production. While all perspectives were insightful and thought-provoking, "the future of food production" truly stole the show after Damian opened his speech with “we produce 4.5 million chicken breasts a year without slaughtering a single chicken”. Before and after the speeches the 160 in person participants enjoyed our plant-based chicken made from soya protein and could not believe it’s not “real chicken” they are eating. 🌱 Huge thanks to SAP for hosting such a fruitful event for the online and offline audience, which also included speeches by the German Ambassador in Singapore, Dr. Norbert Riedel. Also, deepest thanks to Nurasa for the continued support in our plant-based foods mission behind the scenes! #event #plantbased #foodinnovation
