We are thrilled to share this exciting project we led on behalf of Rémy Cointreau USA into their beautiful new space at 3 Times Square in the heart of #NYC. The new office space is a smart-energy efficient space, with key features including real-time monitoring of lighting usage and costs, indoor air quality assessment, sensory equipment for energy efficiency, which continuously monitors carbon emissions for better management, as well as attention to occupier comfort.
