CREW Greater Cincinnati would like to recognize Lindsey Rhoden, AIA, Chair of the Programs Committee. Lindsey first joined CREW in 2023 after moving to Ohio in 2022. She joined the Programs Committee almost right away, and found it to be a great opportunity to develop relationships and learn more about the Cincinnati region. CREW Greater Cincinnati wouldn’t be able to offer our informative and engaging monthly luncheons without Lindsey’s hard work. Lindsey had this to say about her experience in CREW: “I love that the monthly programs give members and non-members a chance to hear about local projects of interest as well as trends and insights in the industry, while doing our best to raise up women’s voices.”

CREW Greater Cincinnati continues its commitment to inspiring high school students with a vision for a career in commercial real estate. The Experimental Learning team at Mason High School hosted Breakfast with Business Partners, a round-table discussion that allowed students an opportunity to learn more about career paths and ask questions. The CREW GC team of Margaret Cunningham, Lindsey Rhoden, AIA, Karen Miles, Melissa Wilhelm and Christy Dakin connected with students on a personal level and encouraged them to consider a career in commercial real estate. A big shout out to Joe Schroeder for coordinating.

CREW Greater Cincinnati would like to recognize Ashley Lai, Chair of the Sponsorship Committee. Ashley first joined CREW in 2021 and has been involved with the Sponsorship Committee since this time, helping to secure crucial support from local businesses within our community that keeps CREW’s mission alive and helps to fund wonderful and informative events that we all know and love. Ashley has been elected as Director of Sponsorship starting in 2025, a testament to the leadership opportunities that CREW can offer.   Ashley had this to say about her experience in CREW: “I recommend volunteering for a committee of an organization you believe in to have the opportunity to get more involved and make a bigger difference to benefit them. Committees offer you an opportunity to develop leadership skills and allows you to problem solve, provide feedback, and make improvements for the organization’s benefit. It is the comradery in achieving goals together, breaking records, for the greater benefit of the organization that is the most rewarding. CREW Sponsorship was of interest to me because of how important relationships are to me in my career. I have loved working with old friends and colleagues and meeting so many new through this position.”   Thank you, Ashley Lai, for your leadership!
