Crossflow recently attended the Executive Luncheon for the American Heart Association to kick off the 2025 Huntsville Heart Walk. We are proud to be a part of and support such an amazing cause and organization! AHA is tirelessly working to educate everyone so they know how to respond in the event someone experiences cardiac arrest. This education is literally saving lives, and we encourage everyone to contact AHA and learn more!

About us
Crossflow Technologies is located in Huntsville, Alabama and primarily supports customers in the Aerospace and Defense industries. We build teams of top-tier professionals and engage them in interesting and motivating work in order to support the evolving needs of our customers. We take great pride in the fact that we have won four Best Places to Work awards from the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce–particularly when paired with having made the Inc. 5000 list for growth the same four years. We are also proud to have been named a BBB Torch Awards for Ethics Finalist and been recognized as a Best Place for Working Parents. To us, these accolades demonstrate our ability to effectively scale our culture and maintain principled business practices. Crossflow has been, and continues to be, a place that people want to be. Creating and maintaining a satisfied workforce is the key to attracting and retaining the best performers. Crossflow’s long-term, voluntary, industry-leading retention rate (91.5%) demonstrates our ability to retain and sustain employees. This is well above the industry average of 84% for Professional and Business Services. The success of our company is highly contingent upon our ability to attract, hire, and retain superior professionals with the appropriate experience. We require candidates to have a proven record of exhibiting the same attributes our employees have adopted as our core values: humility, generosity, integrity, responsiveness, and consistency.

Crossflow Technologies was proud to participate in and be a sponsor of this year's Aim for Advocacy fundraiser for the National Children's Advocacy Center! The work NCAC is doing to fight for children is highly commendable, and we are honored to show them our support! Also, congrats to our very own, Greg Hodges, for winning Top Shot for the morning flight!

We capped off last week with a volunteer event for one of our favorite organizations, Amelia’s Closet! Our amazing interns planned a Diaper Packing Party to assist Amelia’s Closet with preparing diapers for families in need. If you would like to learn more about Amelia’s Closet and how you can get involved, check out the last photo for more information!

Yesterday, our 2024 Summer Interns gave their final presentation to cap off all their hard work. Over the course of 10 weeks, our 5 interns, representing 3 universities and 3 different majors, took on a software integration project and case study with analysis. In addition to their project, the interns planned a Crossflow social event, Crossflow volunteer event, met with mentors within the company, planned and held weekly briefings, turned in a 60+ page final report, and more. Phew! This group accomplished a lot in a short period of time! They, each, have so much potential, and we know they will achieve great things!
