The world's largest recruiter of remote full-time jobs, enabling world-class tech talent to qualify for elite jobs.
About us
Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014. We're the world's largest recruiter that specializes in elite full-time remote jobs, hiring the top 1% of tech talent from every corner of the planet. We find awesome talent in overlooked places, by posting jobs all over the world, and giving everyone an equal opportunity to prove their skills are world-class. Our system of AI-powered assessments is based on objective factors that are scientifically proven to predict high performance (e.g. cognitive aptitude). 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏𝐅𝐔𝐋 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐒: 🧑 Reviews from people we've hired: crossover.com/reviews 💼 Current openings: crossover.com/jobs 💎 Hire someone for your company: crossover.com/hire ♟️ How the process works: crossover.com/selection-process ❓ FAQs: crossover.com/help ~~~ 𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise. Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions: 1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters. 2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely). 3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs. It's hard, but it's worth it!

You may have noticed that we're posting a lot of Education roles, and some of them aren't remote. What's up with that? Well, a lot of our clients are EdTech startups. They're achieving INCREDIBLE results with real students in prototype classrooms. They've found a unique combination of learning science + technology + motivation that helps every single student become both more successful, and happier! Every. Single. Student. How on earth? Simple. They use state-of-the-art AI technology to tailor unique lessons that help each student learn more than 3X faster, and retain more. This frees up hours every single day for the student to explore extracurricular obsessions, master life skills... and still have more free time for fun and family than you or I ever did. It's a win/win for students, parents, and educators. It's going to improve a lot of lives. But it's a radical shift for a [literally] old-school industry. So our clients need to scale fast. They need a hybrid workforce: 🌏 A global team of world-class experts building curriculums and systems remotely. 🏫 An on-the-ground team handling all the stuff that can only be done in person. We're helping our clients recruit both cohorts, even though Crossover's speciality will always be global remote full-time jobs. ~~~ Still curious? Watch this video to hear from Cece, who we hired for Alpha School 3 years ago, to be a lead guide at their flagship Austin campus. Want to join her mission? 🏫 If you're eligible and willing to work on-site in the USA, find ALL education jobs at: crossover.com/education 🌏 If you're only interested in the REMOTE education jobs, you'll find those here: https://lnkd.in/e357RwhD #FutureOfEducation #EdTech #RemoteJobs

Teens are using GenAI better than you are. Which will come as no surprise to any millennial or Gen Z who has to help their manager save a PDF. But it's not hyperbole. It's quantified by fascinating new data that just dropped from the Pew Research Center: While some of us are still debating whether AI belongs in education, the first AI-native generation is already mastering the art of human+AI collaboration. Here's what we can learn from Gen Alpha: 1. Strategic Usage 🎯 - 54% think AI is great for research - Only 18% would use it for writing essays - 29% approve for math problems They're not looking for silver bullets. They're looking for enhancements and time-savers. 2. Rapid Adoption 📈 Usage DOUBLED in just one year (13% → 26%). But here's the thing - they're mostly using it for research and learning, not cheating. Just like when millennials started using the internet instead of the library. 3. The Digital Divide... Might Actually Be Closing? 🌟 - Black and Hispanic teens: 31% adoption - White teens: 22% adoption An interesting datapoint, with many possible interpretations. Time will tell. 4. The Reality Check 🤔 While we're writing thought pieces about "the dangers of AI in education," these kids are: - Learning how make AI collaboration a superpower - Developing nuanced use cases - Building future-ready skills Here's what hit me: We're not facing an AI crisis in education. We're watching the first generation that will enter the workforce with AI collaboration as a native skill. And they're handling it better than the rest of us. History repeats itself. The future of work isn't coming. It's already here, sitting in our classrooms. Thoughts? Have you seen examples of Gen Alpha (or young Gen Z) using AI in surprisingly sophisticated ways?
