Crowd Surf

One thing I’ve seen requested quite a bit, that I have yet to actually do myself, is allowing people to shadow at Crowd Surf for the day. I think shadowing is a great opportunity to gain experience in the music business. You’ll learn more to see if that that field/sector is for you, make connections, and have a great talking point for your resume/cover letter/job interview. The time commitment is smaller too, which I believe makes it more feasibile for a variety of different candidates. So as you can see, I’m sold on the idea. So let’s do it!!! Applications for Crowd Surf's Summer Apprenticeship Program are now open! We've selected our first round of apprentices, and they're going to be starting in January. I can't wait to work with them. We started off with 4 roles, and decided to hire 8 total because there were just too many great people to pass up. We added a design apprenticeship role in the process as well! I feel proud of who we brought on board. This program was designed to target a broader group of people, rather than the traditional candidate that is available for a college internship role.
