On October 7th, CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development, in collaboration with the Central Valley Coalition, Citi, CREA, LLC, and the City of Pasadena, celebrated the "Topping-Out" of The Rose Town Apartments in Pasadena. This 48-unit, 100% affordable housing community will provide a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments for families.   Located within walking distance of Los Angeles's light rail lines, the project offers easy access to public transportation and community amenities such as retail, public schools, and recreational areas. This 59-unit, 100% affordable housing community offers a variety of unit types, including one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments for families.
