I can still feel the energy from Monday--an unforgettable day. I had the honor of attending the Women Inspiring Nevada event. As I walked up the stage to receive my recognition of becoming a 2024 Women Inspiring Nevada honoree, time stood still. My speech discussed a few things that I hope serves as a reminder for many of us: -Never choose the easy way out. We must challenge ourselves to continue having a growth mindset. -We are limitless. We decide what we want to become, and how we show up. -Wherever your path leads you, always be passionate and BOLD. Never hold back. -Continue to give back and pass on your knowledge where you can. As I reflect on this year, I never imagined I would be recognized this way. It has uplifted my spirits and re-focused my energy at all levels. I am deeply grateful. I am committed to continue giving back to my community where I can. I hope to continue inspiring others to do the same.  I am proud that our community takes the time to recognize women and celebrate our achievements. As we close out this year, I ask you: how will you make a difference in your community? Where can you show up and be passionate?
