منحت الأمانة العامة لمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية سعادة الدكتور محمد حمد الكويتي رئيس مجلس الأمن السيبراني لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة "وسام مجلس التعاون للخدمة المدنية والتنمية الإدارية" تقديرًا لجهوده الرائدة في تطوير الكوادر البشرية وإعداد القادة السيبرانيين والمساهمة الفعالة في دعم سياسات حماية الأمن السيبراني بدولة الإمارات والمنطقة العربية. وقد جاء هذا التكريم في إطار فعاليات الاجتماع الدوري لأصحاب المعالي والسعادة وزراء ورؤساء أجهزة الخدمة المدنية والتنمية الإدارية لدول مجلس التعاون الذي أقيم أمس في الدوحة. The Secretariat General of the Gulf Cooperation Council awarded H.E. Dr. Mohamed Alkuwaiti, Head of the UAE Cyber Security Council, the GCC Medal for Civil Service and Administrative Development, in recognition of his pioneering efforts in developing human resources, preparing cybersecurity leaders, and effectively contributing to the support of cybersecurity protection policies in the UAE and the Arab region. This honor occurred during the regular meeting of Their Excellencies the GCC ministers and heads of civil service and administrative development agencies, convened yesterday in Doha, Qatar.

خلال استضافته بجلسة حوارية بمجلس أبوظبي للاستثمار، أكد سعادة الدكتور محمد الكويتي رئيس مجلس الأمن السيبراني على أهمية التوعية بقضايا الأمن السيبراني في حماية منظومة البنية التحتية بالدولة من كافة التحديات والهجمات السيبرانية الناشئة، مشيرًا إلى أهم السياسات والإجراءات التي يتخذها المجلس بهدف حماية تلك المنظومة وعلى رأسها القطاع المالي والمصرفي. وقد أكد سعادته على ضرورة تكاتف الجهود المشتركة بين القطاعين العام والخاص لتعزيز جاهزية ومكانة الدولة في مؤشرات الأمن السيبراني عالميًا. During his participation in a panel discussion at Abu Dhabi Investment Council, His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of the UAE Cybersecurity Council, emphasized the importance of raising awareness about cybersecurity issues to protect the country’s infrastructure from various emerging challenges and cyberattacks. H.E highlighted the key policies and procedures adopted by the Cybersecurity Council to safeguard this infrastructure, particularly in the financial and banking sectors. His Excellency also stressed the necessity of joint efforts between the public and private sectors to enhance the country’s readiness and ranking in global cybersecurity ranking.

During the fifth session of the UAE-Kuwait Joint Higher Committee, chaired by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and His Excellency Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Yahya, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly State of Kuwait, the Cybersecurity Council, led by His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Hamad Al Kuwaiti, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Cybersecurity Center, headed by His Excellency Major General Engineer Mohammed Abdulaziz Bouarki, to enhance cooperation in the field of cybersecurity protection, continuing the ongoing cooperation and joint work between the two brotherly countries.
