CS Energy is hiring! We are looking for an Associate Construction Manager to join our team in Rochester, NY. The Associate Construction Manager will be assigned to our projects and should be open to working 100% at our construction sites. This position travels and often temporarily relocates near project sites, working under the direction of the Superintendent alongside Project Operations and Field Management to foster great client relationships and oversee the construction of safe, high-quality, profitable, and on-time projects. This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or relevant (electrical, construction management, renewable, etc.) trade school certification. The Field Engineer position assists with shop drawings, submittals, scheduling of subcontractors and materials, meetings, as-built drawings, job costs, procurement, quality checks, and field operations. The Field Engineer will be assigned to our projects nationally and must be open to working 100% onsite at our construction site. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Renewable Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. We also prefer candidates with working knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong proficiency in Word and Excel. A previous internship in solar and/or construction management is highly desired.
