Leading a team of six professionals, Michelle’s office now operates from downtown Fair Oaks, providing essential services to businesses across California. After years of growth, Michelle remains grounded in the values that fueled the company's beginnings: the desire to empower other small businesses to not only survive but thrive. A little background about CSL Solutions is that they are a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) partnering with small businesses to offer comprehensive employer services. These services include Payroll Processing, HR Services, Workers Compensation Insurance, and Employee Benefit coverage. By working with CSL, small businesses can access enhanced benefits at reduced rates, which improves employee retention and minimizes the time, money, and liability typically involved in business management. This partnership allows CSL's clients to focus more on their core activities without the burden of managing labor law compliance, payroll taxes, and other administrative stresses.
