Representatives from CSO were excited to tag along as the top three finalists for the Indiana Department of Education Teacher of the Year were notified. CSO has been a proud sponsor of the Indiana Teacher of the Year (INTOY) program for many years. Each year, this program celebrates an outstanding teacher in Indiana for their accomplishments and commitment to making a difference in the lives of Hoosier students. Congratulations to this year’s finalists – Ellie Minogue from Tippecanoe School Corporation, Chet Dixon from Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation, and Graciela Miranda from Metropolitan School District of Pike Township! For CSO Project Manager Emily Newton, the honor of notifying the finalists was especially meaningful as she helped surprise Ellie Minogue at Klondike Elementary – the same school Emily attended and where she is now Project Manager for CSO’s renovations and additions to the school!

The innagural game for the Westfield Washington Schools Shamrocks was played in the brand new tennis facility this evening. This was a fast tracked project requiring a lot effort from our design and construction partners as well as the City of Westfield, Indiana to be ready for this school year. The board of trustees was adamant the class of 2025 deserved to play on their home courts which hadn’t happened in their HS careers. We are thrilled to share that CSO's 220 Meridian project was recognized by AIA Indiana with a Design Award for adaptive reuse! 220 Meridian, a 22-story former office building in downtown Indianapolis was revitalized as a vibrant mixed-use development featuring luxury residences, a rooftop pool, public art, retail spaces, and a climate-controlled parking garage.
