Why We Celebrate Father’s Day Father’s Day celebrates and honors the men who have embraced the essential role of fatherhood. On this day, we also thank fathers and father figures (uncles, grandfathers) for the sacrifices they make, for embracing the responsibility of nurturing and raising children, and for their devotion to their families. About six months ago, I thought about starting a new university. The idea was to be able to have an open debate about truth once again. Not Donald Trump’s truth, not Joe Biden‘s truth, and not my truth. To bring talented expert people together to listen to each other. After contemplating this for some time, I realized it is better to change from within than to start new. https://lnkd.in/gz78w_3Q We worked with a university back in 2014. Brought them in compliance with three years of un-reconciled or closed-out years. Helped hire 6 staff to bring them back to a fully staffed, efficient, functioning office. Helped hire a VP of enrollment and worked with him to bring an incoming class that beat enrollment goals by fifteen percent. Three years later, they fired that VP went back to old habits, and are closing now. We speak the truth to our clients whether they want to hear it or not. It is a matter of staying open in some cases. At the minimum, it is the difference between barely making it each year and growing enrollment.
