Recently we celebrated a major milestone with the ribbon cutting of the I-55 at IL 59 interchange near I-80, opening new doors for growth in Joliet and beyond! 🎉 This vital infrastructure project, part of the Rebuild Illinois Capital Plan, enhances safety and access across the Will County region and provides direct access to #RockRunCollection —a 310-acre super regional mixed-use development by Cullinan Properties featuring retail, restaurant, entertainment, hospitality, and multi-family spaces.   A special thank you to all the dedicated individuals who joined us at the celebration and made this happen, including Illinois Department of Transportation Secretary Omer Osman, U.S. Senator Dick Durbin, U.S. Representative Lauren Underwood, Lt. Ryan Whalen joined us as Regional Property Manager for our central Illinois and Florida portfolios and is based in our East Peoria office.
