It's moving day, and we're setting up shop! The future of Cumberland Additive is here as we place multiple CNC machines at our facility at Neighborhood 91. Our Haas CNC 5-Axis machine is now accompanied by two Haas CNC 3-Axis machines, expanding our capabilities to support full-scale production in defense, space, and aerospace markets. Machining has been woven into Victor's story from a young age. Growing up, he was a regular in machine shops, tagging along with his dad, who specialized in CNC maintenance. After high school, he continued as a saw operator at a machine shop and worked his way up in the industry - now expanding his role even further as Cumberland's Production Supervisor. "CNC programming and machining additive parts have different challenges compared to traditional machining, and I enjoy that. There is always something new to figure out.
