🔦 Project Manager Spotlight🔦 Meet Jessica Mappa, one of our standout Project Managers whose dedication and expertise drives our success on every project she works on. Jess is currently working on accounts including Dutch Bros, Floor and Decor, and Equipment Share. When asked, what is the best way you have found out how to motivate your team? She responded with: "Our team thrives working on projects together as a team instead of individuals. Our smaller team are all remote workers, so several times a week we will join a meeting room to work and talk through items we are completing. Teams sets us up just as if we were in person, sharing an office space, and gives us the ability talk through items, share screens, and collaborate on jobs so that no one feels like they are on an island alone. Throughout the week we are continually collaborating and bouncing ideas and questions off of each other. I think the opportunity to have the ability to just run something by another person motivates each other to work hard for our customers." Thank you for all of your hard work and commitment, which truly makes a difference in every project you undertake.

Our DPC Production team has set a company record with 7 consecutive months achieving production metrics. We celebrated today this remarkable achievement with a steak lunch. We continue to keep the streak going and rewarding our valuable employees for their hard work and commitment. #CummingsSigns
