In partnership with the Newport Mesa Unified School District, Share Ourselves is pleased to announce the opening of this new clinic in Costa Mesa. The newly renovated facility will provide local families with comprehensive medical services, ensuring access to essential health care for children and their families. Additionally, Share Ourselves distributed approximately 1,000 backpacks to children in preparation for the new school year. Today, CP&A Senior Vice President, Paul Simonds, had the privilege of attending the Orange County Business Council Legislative Day. We heard from Senator Josh Newman, Supervisor Don Wagner, OC Supervisor Katrina Anne Foley, and Assemblyman Tri Ta among others who shared their priorities and perspectives on policies and regulations impacting Orange County businesses.

Was honored to host an incredible lunch and learn with a couple dozen of our local representatives and their designees. Learning happened on both sides and we look forward to continuing to identify ways to deepen our collaboration and collective impact with our local government. Huge thank you to Zeshaan Younus and his team at Curt Pringle & Associates for being ambassadors to our mission and those we serve. Also grateful to Sarah Bedy for sharing her insight and expertise on youth advocacy in legislation.

This week has been an exciting one for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast! On Wednesday, thanks to Zeshaan Younus, Raf Batista, and the incredible team at Curt Pringle & Associates, we had the opportunity to connect with local and state legislative staff for a Legislative Luncheon at our Santa Ana Boys & Girls Club. Our COO, Kristle Duran, MBA led us on a tour and gave a detailed presentation on the work the Club is doing to make Orange County a better place for youth and family. As we continue to explore ways we can partner with the public sector to do more for our most vulnerable, we are grateful for friends like Curt Pringle & Associates for helping us navigate these opportunities. BGCOC serves children and families in Costa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach, Orange, and Santa Ana - ensuring that every child has mentors and champions in life. We want to thank all the legislative staffers who attended with a special thanks to BGCOC Chief Operating Officer, Kristle Duran, MBA and BGCOC Director of Philanthropy, David Blair for their time, tour, and thoughtful presentation. This is a particularly special legislative luncheon since CP&A’s very own Zeshaan Younus serves as a BGCOC Board Member.
