Very Proud day in the office today! After four amazing years of Call & Contact Center Expo, the team behind the scenes decided that it was time for a refresh and we have been working hard over the last couple of weeks to give it a fresh coat of paint for next year. While these events were massive successes in their own right over the years, we’ve been keeping our ear to the ground and there have been shifts that we can’t ignore – namely: 💻The centralization of customer experience 🎧The expansion of BPO 🤖The incorporation of AI tools And more! With all that in mind, from now on, the event will be known as Customer Connect Expo 🤝 For those who have attended in the past, don’t worry – the event will still have the same focus on contact center technologies and operations, but we’re simply broadening our scope to be more inclusive of all things customer experience! Can you believe it has been a week since Call & Contact Center Expo US hosted the Leading Event for Contact Center Professionals to Enhance Customer Engagement at the Las Vegas Convention Center. We have been reflecting on what an amazing 2 days we had in Vegas last week and wanted to extend our gratitude to everyone whose dedication made the event such a tremendous success. From our innovative exhibitors and invaluable partners to our expert judges and enthusiastic visitors, each played a pivotal role in ensuring the Call & Contact Center Expo US 2024 was one to remember. It was great to see so many industry professionals come together to share their knowledge and enhance conversations that will drive the industry forward! We are honored to provide a platform for CX Professionals to congregate and exchange insights, innovation and forge new partnerships. Call & Contact Center Expo US exceeded our expectations and has shown a representation of industry growth surrounding a range of different industry sectors.
