Custom Grading Inc. is a Northern California based finish grading business. We have operated out of Placer County for more than twelve years. Troy Scott, our owner and president has personally been in the grading business for over thirty years. Presently, we work in Yuba County, Sutter County, Placer County, Sacramento County, El Dorado County, as well as in the Central Valley. Though we specialize in residential finish grading, we have access to equipment to take care of custom house pads, paving, and hauling. Troy Scott has received recognition from Elliott Homes for outstanding and valuable service in completing the requirements to become an NHQ Certified Trade Contractor over his years in the industry.
