The Wear Works! This CAT 992K Loader bucket came through our shop for a little R&R. The team removed and saved the heel wear package for reinstallation, replaced the heel and ear support gussets, converted the teeth to the ESCO U60 Ultralok system and replaced the rock kickers on both sides of the bucket. Cutting Edge Supply Outside Sales Rep Ryan Oestreich joined the Cutting Edge Supply team about four years ago, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience along with him.⁠ Right out of high school, the Phoenix resident took a job with a local CAT dealer, handling parts inventory in the warehouse. He worked his way up to Inside Sales before eventually moving on to serve as an equipment superintendent for a civic construction powerhouse in the Valley.⁠ ⁠ Ryan’s sales territory in Arizona ranges from east of I-17 to North of I-8, allowing him to frequent construction, mining and aggregate sites, where he feels Cutting Edge holds an advantage. “What we do, how much we do and the fact that we do almost everything in-house, it’s just crazy,” said Ryan of working at CES. “I really enjoy the customer service we’re able to provide and that we have the ability to do it better than our competitors.
