#citation Did you know that motoneurons rely on precise protein synthesis for proper axon growth and neuromuscular connectivity? 🧠 🧬 Recent findings on 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 from Universitätsklinikum Würzburg reveal a key player—hnRNP R—that regulates axonal protein production. In knockout models, reduced axon growth and impaired motor function were observed.
