Her impressive career includes critical roles within the federal intelligence community, including her time as the Intelligence Community CIO and Principal Deputy CIO for Cyber at the Department of Energy. Dr. Merritt's leadership will help NIH advance cutting-edge IT solutions in support of biomedical research and public health.
