This summer, Laurent Bosc, Director of Culinary Services, launched Cypress Cove's first-ever culinary internship, welcoming Zach, a high school student with dreams of becoming a chef. Under the expert guidance of Chef Luis, Zach gained invaluable hands-on experience, leaving a lasting impression on the Cypress Cove culinary team. Chef Luis praised Zach’s professionalism and eagerness to learn, while Zach cherished the supportive environment that made him feel like part of the family. We are excited to share that Cypress Cove is rolling out a new mentorship program, led by Executive Sous Chef Jason Miller, designed to elevate the skills of our culinary team and prepare them for advanced roles. Additionally, partnerships with local educational institutions, such as the Cape Coral Technical College, will provide culinary students with real-world training and potential career opportunities at Cypress Cove.
