Born and raised outside Conrad, MT, Justin thrives on working within and leading teams of knowledgeable and caring professionals. His passion for cybersecurity was ignited during his undergraduate years at the University of Providence, when he joined a local DefCon hacking group and discovered the thrill of identifying and protecting against evolving cyber threats. Justin furthered his education with a graduate degree from Dakota State University. Our Student Investment Program provides student teams from senior-level investment courses at 21 colleges and universities with $50,000 to invest in the stock market. Each team makes investment decisions with the guidance of a local D.A. Davidson financial advisor, gaining hands-on experience in finance, stock research, and portfolio management. Top-performing teams can earn a check for their college, receiving half of any portfolio gains above 5 percent. D.A. Davidson absorbs any losses.
