👋 Meet Ben, Our Right-Hand Man at Dail Golf! Ben is one of the most reliable and hardworking people on our team, bringing unmatched dedication and expertise to every project. With 8 years in the golf course maintenance industry, he’s now our Vice President of Golf Course Maintenance Operations and a Class A Golf Course Superintendent. Ben’s journey with us began in 2015, when his path crossed with Geoff’s at a local semi-private facility. Coming from another field, he was quickly captivated by the dynamic, hands-on challenges of golf course maintenance. Ben’s extensive experience spans managing maintenance for multiple 18-hole facilities and establishing both warm and cool season turfgrass. Alongside leading day-to-day operations, he collaborates with our construction team to elevate every course to its full potential. A proud Winston-Salem native, Ben lives with his wife and two kids, bringing his passion for the craft to everything he does here at Dail Golf. We’re grateful to have such a seasoned professional and dedicated team player with us! 🌱🌞
