🚨 RMWC Closes on $340M Private RE Debt Fund IV and Launches $800M Evergreen Fund RMWC has successfully closed its fourth senior direct lending fund, raising $310M from institutional investors, family offices, and wealth managers, and has launched a new $800M evergreen fund, according to RMWC’s Managing Director Michael Rubenstein. RMWC also launched an $800M evergreen fund to capitalize on opportunities in real estate finance.
