We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Zhijia Du to Safire Group as our Director of Battery Development! With over a decade of experience in the battery industry—covering cell design and qualification, fast charging, advanced electrode manufacturing, silicon alloy anodes, and more—he brings a wealth of expertise to the role. Prior to joining us, Dr. Du held positions as a Staff Engineer at Tesla and a Staff Scientist at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Dr. Du is also a recipient of the 2022 Federal Lab Consortium Award and the 2022 R&D 100 Award.
