This is going to be a game changer.
https://lnkd.in/etFHrfZp Danomics just dropped a big update! But for me the most exciting piece is using 3D Property Models in the #petrophysics interpretation. You can now populate any parameter in your interpretation by selecting a 3D Volume. How does this help? Glad you asked. Lots of properties vary not only laterally, but with depth as well. Take source rock maturity for example - it is a major input into the Passey methods and it can vary laterally as heat flow and burial history change, but it also varies with depth, and if you have thick formations that means the value at the top needs to be different than the value at the middle or base. #oilandgas #geoscience
