Tiffany Wright our incredible Director of Community Management, has been featured in Harlem World Magazine! Tiffany’s journey from an athletic trainer to a key figure in transforming public housing communities is nothing short of inspiring.   Growing up surrounded by sports, Tiffany initially pursued a career in sports medicine. However, her passion for helping others led her to property management, where she has spent over 20 years making a difference. In her leadership role at Faria Management NYC, she has complimented Dantes Partners development efforts to preserve 558 residential units in Harlem. Our partnership with the NYCHA PACT program has brought about significant improvements for residents at ABM, and Tiffany and her team are focused on ensuring the residents have a great experience. In a real-life twist reminiscent of the 1976 film “Freaky Friday,” our founder, Buwa Binitie, discovered an uncanny twin to our Station U&O community in The Daily Express building in London, built in the 1930s. When Buwa saw it, he almost fell out of his chair! Swipe to the resemblance and Buwa’s mood board that captures his artistic mind and innovative spirit in urban development. This mere coincidence highlights how Buwa’s creative vision and the architectural design talent at Grimm + Parker Architects came to life at Station U & O. Congratulations to Amazon for adding an incredible $1.4 billion to its Housing Equity Fund! This milestone elevates its total investment to over $3.6 billion, supporting the creation and preservation of more than 35,000 affordable homes across the country.   We’re proud to celebrate the success of projects like Station U & O, completed this year with the support of Amazon, which showcases the meaningful impact of these efforts.
