We officially broke ground on phase II of SICK Sensor Intelligence’s North American HQ in Bloomington, MN! CMTA provided #MEP and AV/IT services and designed a system that utilizes a Darcy Solutions groundwater-based #geothermal heat exchanger system. The 4-story, 150,000 SF facility is slated for completion in 2025, and the new corporate campus is expected to bring hundreds of jobs to the Bloomington area.
