Double Internship Spotlights Today! Meet William Irvin an Engineering intern, in our Houston office. Carson is an Electrical Engineering major at Texas A&M University and will graduate in May 2025. In his free time, Carson really enjoys spending time outside playing golf. Over the summer Carson has gained a lot of valuable information, but what stood out to him the most was how much went into building a substation. Carson picked Dashiell, because he was very interested in the power side of electrical engineering. Also, Dashiell is a company he felt he could learn a lot from as we handled testing and the building of substations. Choosing to get a degree in Electrical Engineering was an easy choose as Carson has always enjoyed seeing how energy works. Dashiell enjoyed having Carson interning with our Engineering group this summer! Next up: Meet Ethan Anderson an Engineering intern, in our Dallas office. Ethan is an Electrical Engineering major at Texas Tech University and will graduate in May 2026. In his free time, Ethan enjoys playing classical and jazz music on the piano, lifting weights, and learning about American history. During his internship he has learned about the basics of all components of a substation, the process in designs and building, and how to markup drawling. Ethan picked to intern at Dashiell, because he felt Dashiell would take the time to invest in their interns and teach them all the ins and out’s. Choosing to get a degree in Electrical Engineering was an easy choose as Ethan has developed a strong interest in circuitry and electronics. He greatly enjoys absorbing as much knowledge of electrical engineering as he can. Dashiell enjoyed having Ethan interning with our Engineering group this summer!
