DataBank announces ~$2.0 billion to fuel data center expansion, led by a $1.5 billion investment from AustralianSuper 🚀  We're thrilled to announce a groundbreaking equity raise that will expand our data center portfolio and meet the growing demand for enterprise, cloud, and AI infrastructure.    Here’s how this investment will benefit our customers:  1️⃣ Massive Expansion Capacity:   More than 850MW of new data center capacity will be added across 65+ facilities, including new campuses in Dallas, TX; Culpeper, VA; and Atlanta, GA.  2️⃣ Strategic Partnership:   AustralianSuper, Australia’s largest superannuation fund, has invested $1.5 billion, becoming a significant minority owner and joining our board of directors.  3️⃣ Future-Ready Infrastructure:   This new investment positions DataBank to support next-generation AI, hyperscale, and large enterprise workloads with cutting-edge digital infrastructure.  “This investment, and our new campuses, are a game-changer for DataBank and our customers, allowing us to bring this capacity to market now and seize the incredible opportunity ahead of us,” says DataBank CEO Raul Martynek.
