Congratulations to this DWT IP litigation team, who just secured a big win at the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals for our client Warby Parker. Affirming a lower court's decision that we previously achieved in our client's favor, the 2nd Circuit found that "the mere act of purchasing a competitor’s trademarks in the context of keyword search advertising does not constitute trademark infringement.” Outstanding work by G. Roxanne Elings, Danielle Toaltoan, Celyra Myers, and Jodi Savitsky! See the comments for some of the media coverage.
