DAVIS recently held our annual Fall Fest at our Rockville headquarters, featuring a BBQ showdown, in which teams of DAVIS employees battled it out to see who had the best dishes! From pork and chicken to pie and potatoes, we had something for everyone to enjoy. The Fall Fest is one of our favorite events of the year--thank you to everyone for making it another fantastic day.

This year, DAVIS raised $70k at our Annual Charity Golf Tournament, benefiting Capital Area Food Bank and Meritus Health! A huge thank you to the 34 trade partners who sponsored the event, the 130 players who battled the high winds in Glenwood, and the winning teams for generously donating their prizes. We cherish these opportunities to support organizations like Capital Area Food Bank and Meritus Health that provide so much for our community, and we are grateful for all your contributions! ⛳

Cut the ribbon and take a tour with us at the Capital Area Food Bank’s new distribution facility in Lorton, VA! The building is 3.5 times larger than its predecessor and is able to store 1.8 million pounds of dry food. This increased capacity will allow CAFB to distribute over 100 million meals across Northern Virginia a year. DAVIS is proud to have been part of this impactful project—congratulations to the whole team, including Capital Area Food Bank and architect Davis Carter Scott / DCS Design!

It was an honor to have Gov. Wes Moore visit the future site of the Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine in Hagerstown, MD! Fall 2025 will mark the school’s first semester and make it the first medical school to open in Maryland in more than 100 years. The 200,000-SF building will house a simulation center, laboratories, as well as a large conference center. Thank you to Governor Moore and Meritus Health for helping create the next generation of medical professionals.

We're partnering with Smoot Construction Company of Washington DC to bring an exciting new housing community to the University of Maryland! The 323,000-SF building coming to College Park includes student apartments of various sizes interior and exterior courtyards and more.
