One of the founding clubs of Major League Soccer in 1996, D.C. United are the most decorated team in the United States with 13 domestic and international trophies, and the most championed professional team in the District of Columbia. The Club plays in Audi Field, the region's newest major professional sports venue which is located just 1.5 miles from the U.S. Capitol.

We're thrilled to have successfully completed our first DMV program in partnership with Twinning Project and the DC Department of Corrections, as part of D.C. United's commitment to Empowerment, Opportunity, and Service! This inaugural cohort, led by coaches Glenn Goodwine and Justin Reid, which spanned across 8 weeks and met twice a week at the Central Detention Facility (CDF), included soccer training and coaching skills development. Recently we celebrated our first graduation, where participants shared their insights and were presented with certificates of achievement. We wrapped up the celebration with delicious food from local favorites El Tamarindo and Community Cafe Express, thanks to the D.C. United Foundation. The second cohort of the Twinning Project cohort is now underway, being led by coaches Sarah Pickens and Michael Vaughan Cherubin. Guidehouse and D.C. United hosted our first Family Field Day at Audi Field, where our employees and their families met the D.C. United team and partnered with SOME (So Others Might Eat) to support vulnerable populations in the community. Guidehouse families also enjoyed special activities like face painting, autograph signings, and soccer drills with the team. Together, we assembled 800 dignity kits with essential hygiene items for individuals experiencing homelessness and poverty. Thank you SOME for all you do to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness in the DC community. We're proud to #RiseUnited in support of your mission.
