This legislation mandates Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements in the best value bidding process for projects over $30 million. 🙌 A huge THANK YOU to @repdorseywalker , Senator Bryan Townsend, OMB and New Castle County Vocational Technical School District for championing this crucial legislation! At the Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce, we’ve long advocated for minority goals on ALL state contracts to bridge the wealth gap and promote equity.
