Applications for Debris Free Oceans’ Chef Andrew Scholar Internship Program are officially open! 🤩🐙 This is a Fall and Spring semester internship that will run from August 2024-May 2025! During this internship, you will become an expert in plastic pollution, public speaking, and community organizing 🌊✨ Each month, interns are responsible for coordinating and hosting 2️⃣ educational presentations, 1️⃣ cleanup, and 1️⃣ tabling event. Interns will also fulfill at least one policy engagement, such as making public comments or contacting our lawmakers 🌎 After completing monthly requirements, interns are awarded a stipend, totaling $1,500 by the end of the internship (subject to federal, state, and local taxes) 💵This internship is open for post-secondary students (college & beyond) based in South Florida!
