Ashlyn embarked on her construction career just over a year ago. Inspired by her father's involvement in the industry, which exposed her to the construction world from a young age. Her passion for making a positive impact on her community was ignited early on, driving her to pursue a career where she could contribute meaningfully. “Despite the initial concerns about being a woman in a traditionally male-dominated field, Decker Construction has been nothing but supportive towards my goals. Always being helpful and pushing me to do the best I can.” As Ashlyn continues to navigate her construction career, she exemplifies the spirit of perseverance and dedication that defines both herself and the values of Decker Construction. With unwavering support from her colleagues and a commitment to excellence, Ashlyn is on a path to not only achieve her professional goals but also to inspire others in the industry to break barriers and strive for success. 

Lori's journey in the construction industry spans an impressive 46 years, starting her career with a family-owned erosion control business. Her passion for the industry shines through, particularly in the atmosphere / and comradery it offers. “Decker Construction stands out for its commitment to supporting employees' growth by encouraging them to pursue further education, certifications, and training.” Lori, your dedication, and hard work do not go unnoticed.
