Head of People and Culture: Forward Thinking HR Innovator | Trusted Senior Advisor | Strategic Talent Leader
Dear Future People and Culture Teammate, Barbara Burke and Mollie Steed, M.S., SHRM-SCP, APTD recently posted about this opportunity at our company. The People and Culture team at Definiti LLC believes that when we do our best work to take care of our people, our people do their best work to take care of our clients. I’d like to share that this is not your ordinary ‘HR’ position – data entry, I9s, policies, etc. The individual who fulfills this role will have an awesome responsibility to keep a dynamic and nimble function running at its best. This role is critical to ensuring the People and Culture team delivers accurate, timely, and thoughtful support to everyone at Definiti LLC. The core responsibilities of this position ensure every department such as Russell Polin, CPA's Finance team, Kurt Simione's IT team, Shreyansh Malla's Corporate Development team, Richard Frink's Sales team, and Brian McCabe's Operations team have the talent, and from a people perspective, have the data and infrastructure they need to be successful. The pay is competitive, though more aligned to a mid-level role, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who is ready to advance without needing significant years of experience. In addition to a four-year undergraduate degree, I’m asking for three years of related experience to demonstrate that you possess a working knowledge of general HR functions to know what ‘great’ looks like. You need to understand HRIS functionality. You need to be painstakingly detailed. You need to be self-motivated to learn what you do not already know. You need to be comfortable learning from mistakes and sharing your opinions. You need to want to be part of a team that works together and pushes each other to grow. You need to be collaborative, mindful, curious, forward-thinking; solutions oriented and take initiative to make our company better. Please apply soon; we are all looking forward to meeting you!
