With encouragement from a mentor, Sharon pursued her Bachelor’s in Environmental Science & Policy from Wilmington University, opening new doors to apply her skills in demographic data analysis, environmental research, and technology-driven solutions. Today, she brings her expertise to DTI and DNREC’s Environmental Justice Office, bridging the gap between fieldwork and data-driven decision-making to create meaningful change.
