We’re driven by a passion for supporting our local communities - especially when it comes to helping future generations thrive. Recently, our team in Morgantown, Kentucky, seized the opportunity to make a lasting impact by donating $8,000 to Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKYCTC). This contribution will empower high school students to enroll in dual-credit courses, allowing them to earn both high school and college credits. “Our commitment to education and building a skilled workforce is unwavering,” said Teresa Montgomery, People Operations Manager. “We’re proud to help pave the way for tomorrow’s leaders.” A huge thank you to our Morgantown team for making this initiative a reality, and best of luck to the students and teachers in this incredible program. Together, we’re shaping the future!

We are so proud of Caitlin Smarrelli, who serves on the Firefly Children & Family Alliance Board of Directors. Last month, she played a key role at The Family Table, a special gathering in support of the organization's mission. We hope you'll take a look at this video highlighting the event and featuring her own words. We appreciate you, Caitlin, and well done!
The Family Table presented by Delta Faucet Company was an evening dedicated to fostering connections through food while supporting Firefly's mission of empowering individuals to build stronger families and communities in Indiana. Words from Board Member and Delta's very own Caitlin Smarrelli 👏 We are endlessly grateful for the strength and support from our inaugural event! 🍽️ ✨

What a great night it was at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana’s The Main Event on September 26. The celebration at Lucas Oil Stadium featured Reggie Wayne, and recognized the impact of mentoring and those who make it possible. As the Title Sponsor, we appreciate everyone who attended and helped support the organization’s work in the community. Were you there? And if so, tell us about your favorite moment of the night!

Whenever we hear about Delta Faucet Company employees supporting their communities, we like to spread the word. For instance, our team in Morgantown, Kentucky, recently hosted one of Morgantown-Butler County Chamber of Commerce's monthly meetings. The opportunity to network had a dual purpose. With a Back-to-School theme, backpacks filled with school supplies served as table centerpieces and were then donated to the local elementary schools. Thank you to everyone who helped make the event happen!

Our Delta Faucet Company design and build team in Jackson, Tennessee did it again! Last week was the big reveal of Garfield-themed sculpture entries at RIFA Jackson’s 19th Annual Design/Build CANstruction Competition & Gala, and we took home the Best of Show trophy for the second year in a row! The team was also awarded Best Original Design. All proceeds will benefit RIFA's vision to lead and engage the community in the fight against hunger. Congratulations to the team, and everyone who donated and helped support this important cause.

Today is National Working Parents Day, and our Working Parents Community (WPC) will celebrate with a hybrid event featuring panelists at our global headquarters in Indianapolis this Friday. Tom Assante, Ashu Etta, Stacy Mowrer and emcee Joe Rogalski will share their insights as working parents. In-person guests will enjoy lunch for a pre-event networking opportunity. Door prizes will be awarded throughout the event, and those who are unable to attend live will have access to a session recording following the event. In the meantime, we express our appreciation today for working parents and their contributions made both in and outside of the home.

Our Delta Faucet Company design and build team in Jackson, Tennessee is once again working on this year's entry for RIFA Jackson’s 19th Annual Design/Build CANstruction Competition & Gala on September 26. While we can't reveal the behind-the-scenes action, we do want to give a nod to last year's entry. With a "Snoopy Takes Down Hunger" theme, their final design was awarded Best of Show (for the very first time)! Over the years we have also received the Best Meal, Best Use of Cans and People’s Choice Awards. Most importantly, the event benefits RIFA's vision to lead and engage the community in the fight against hunger. We're rooting for you, team!

Members of our Young Professionals of DFC (YPD) recently went on an unforgettable adventure, when they spent two days visiting the headquarters of our parent company, Masco Corporation, in Livonia, Michigan. Attendees learned about several functions at the enterprise level, ranging from Mergers & Acquisitions, Talent Development and Investor Relations. The group also toured the Masco R&D Lab, and networked with executives and fellow young professionals from Masco HQ and BrassCraft. "It was a great trip and very inspiring to see a more holistic view of the business," says Subsystems Engineer Winston Amankwah, " I appreciate the opportunity to meet and network with fellow young professionals from other business units." Thank you, MASCO, for hosting our YPD and providing such an invaluable experience.
