Travel Advisors x Delta Vacations x Dominican Republic ☀️🌴 We were thrilled to host our agency partners in Punta Cana where they immersed in the offerings of the island, received education on our business, toured properties, and reflected on more ways to take their businesses to the next level with courses. From activities and meals together to spending quality time with our sales team and destination management team to, everyone had an amazing time in Punta Cana! It is always an incredible way to host and connect with advisors while informing them of the latest and greatest. They gave wonderful feedback, which brought so much joy to us all. A group of our Minneapolis employees spent the day giving back at Second Harvest Heartland. They packed 178 bags of potatoes, which is the equivalent of 6,044 meals! Not to mention, they had a lot of fun chatting with coworkers & members of Second Harvest Heartland throughout the process. This is what it means to Go Beyond the Flight!

In 2023, we introduced the first of three Delta Vacations Immersion programs. These experiences are designed to foster connections and build a sense of community among team members, regardless of their geographic location. Our inaugural program, Delta Vacations Experience 101x, offers a six-hour session where participants dive into our history, culture and business objectives, all of which are essential for the success of Delta Vacations. The Delta Vacations CEC Engagement Experience 102x provides a comprehensive overview of our call center operations, fostering a deeper relationship between our front-line staff and the broader organization. Since the program's inception: Participants have expressed a perfect 100% satisfaction rate! We’ve successfully conducted 11 sessions, achieving an impressive average rating of 4.9/5 for the program's quality and overall experience. We are committed to advancing together in the right direction.

Working hard? More like hardly working. How are you spending Labor Day?

Groups of our employees, alongside Delta Flight Products and Delta Material Services, visited the Legacy Museum and National Memorial for Peace and Justice site. The teams went on a bus trip to Montgomery, Alabama in order to immerse in this all-day experience. These sites are intended to focus on and acknowledge past racial terrorism and advocate for social justice in America. One of the attendees reflected on the experience sharing, "Ask anyone who’s been, it’s nothing short of a life-changing experience. You really don’t want to miss it! I'm grateful I was able to go."
